The 2DK L.A.B. with Words Beats & Life Inc. and The Pink Line Project Present- .26 Weapons
.26 WEAPONS, is a collection of individual graffiti letter studies that are painted, sculpted, photographed and installed. This collection seeks to simplify the graffiti artist’s formula into an amuse-bouche of style. Each piece connected to the next through shared origins, yet at the same time reflects the endless possibilities each character holds to be manipulated and molded to the artists’ own unique vision.
Participating artist include: Mesk, Tim Conlon, EnEm, SMK, Frame, Da Jam, Sek, Rezist, Aniekan, Kelly Towles, Rei 21, Sime, Eon 2, Mouse, Decoy, Rosina Photography, Ster, Seik, Cri, Queen2, RVLTN, Owel, Relm, Kem 1, Stoe, Amak, Cave, the students of the DC Urban Arts Academy, and many more.

Opens Fri. November 19, 2010 / 6-11pm @ Moderno located at 12th and U St. NW, DC.
The opening celebration is an all-ages event with sounds provided by DJs Illa Jams, Jahny Aleus and Oso Fresh on the wheels of steel. The event will also feature a special in gallery performance by Lower Case Letters.
The show will be viewable during the hours of 12-7pm, on the dates of November 20-22.
