Anastazia Clouting is the Managing Editor of Words, Beats and Life. Her background is in academic publishing, covering global history, politics, economics and resistance cultures. Ms. Clouting holds a BA in International Politics from George Mason University and an MSc in Russian and Post-Soviet Studies from the London School of Economics. She is a Penn Kemble alumna at the National Endowment for Democracy. Ms. Clouting speaks Spanish and basic Russian, and is interested in the intersection of politics, religion and feminism in the Americas and the former Soviet Union.
